4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of completed project source code, designs, and deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received. Zyvora retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless covered by a signed NDA.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, and project information shared during the engagement.

6. Payments

• Payments follow the agreed project milestones.
• Late payments may delay project delivery.
• Additional scope may require additional charges.
• Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.

7. Project Changes

Any changes requested after project approval may affect the timeline, pricing, or delivery schedule. A revised quotation may be provided before implementation.

8. Warranty

Zyvora provides a limited warranty period for fixing software defects related to the delivered solution. The warranty does not cover third-party services, client modifications, or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zyvora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

10. Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate third-party APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud services, or software tools. Zyvora is not responsible for outages or policy changes made by those providers.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Payment is required for all completed work and approved milestones up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Zyvora operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process.

13. Changes to These Terms
